Q: CAN I SEPARATE THE PACKAGE AND WHAT DO I PAY?

A: Yes, if your Centre has opted for our Approval System a complete pricing envelope is located at the back of your album with our complete package price and individual pricing for photos.

Q: HOW DO I TAKE THE PHOTOS OUT?

A: You simply remove the blue binder from the side of your album take the page or cut off the photo your would like to keep, (use the individual prices on the payment envelope to work out payment) and return the unwanted photos with your payment envelope to your child's centre.

Q: DO WE HAVE TO PREPAY FOR THE PHOTOS?

A: We offer two payment systems to our Pre Schools. This is chosen by the Pre School/Kindergarten;

  1. Approval - Parents view our photos before purchasing.

  2. Pre Paid - Parents must pay for their photos prior to photo day, only children who have pre-paid will have their photograph taken . All children will appear in group photo.

  3. Families - All family/sibling photos are pre paid regardless of payment system chosen by Pre School.

Q: FORMS OF PAYMENT?

A: We accept;

  1. Cash

  2. Credit Card

  3. Money Order

  4. Personal Cheque (All contact details must be on reverse of cheque)

Q: CAN I CHANGE THE PACKAGE?

A: The content of our packages cannot be changed, each year we use the questionnaires completed by our pre schools and comments from Parents to produce a package that everyone will love.

Q: IF I HAVE 2 CHILDREN AT THE CENTRE, CAN THEY BE PHOTOGRAPHED TOGETHER?

A: Yes there are many options that you can opt for when you have 2 children at the centre.

  1. Both children can be photographed together throughout the package.

    NB: Only 1 group is supplied in the pack , if the children are in different classes a separate group photo will need to be ordered

  2. 1 single and 1 together

    As our package has 2 poses - 1 can be photographed on their own ( usually older child who may be leaving for big school ) and then the other pose is of the 2 children together.

    NB: As above only 1 group photo will b supplied in the package

Q: IS THIS A SAMPLE PACK OR ARE THESE MY PHOTOS TO PURCHASE AND KEEP?

A: These are your photos to purchase as a complete pack or separate and return unwanted photos to us.

Q: MY CHILD MISSED HAVING THEIR PHOTO TAKEN - WHAT CAN I DO?

A: During all school holidays are studio is open at our offices in Peakhurst. All you need to do is contact us to organize a time.

Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T LIKE THE PHOTOS?

A: We do the very best we can to give you treasured memories of your children. If your centre has chosen the Approval system then these photos have been sent back to the Pre School for you to look at, you are under no obligation to purchase any of the package. If your centre has chosen our Pre Paid system you have 14 days to return to us the complete package for a full refund.
